Christmas

“She will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.” Matthew 1:21

“But the angel said to them, “do not be afraid; for I bring you tidings of great joy which will be for all the people;for today in the city of David there has been for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. This will  be a sign for you; you will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” Luke 2:10-12

“And suddenly there appeared with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising  God and saying, Glory to God in the Highest, and on earth peace among men with whom He is pleased” Luke 2:13

“When they saw the star they rejoiced exceeding with great joy.” Matthew 2:10

“for a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us;and the government will be on His shoulders; and His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father Prince of peace. Isaiah 9:6

“And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.” John 1:14

“And you will have joy and gladness and many will rejoice at his birth.” Luke 1:14

The Son of God, born to die, to save our lives.  This Christmas and everyday, with each act of kindness,no mater how small, can propel us closer to the kind of  wonderful -world we all want. Peace does not have to be a dream. Simple selfless acts drenched in  kindness  can eat away at the extreme poverty  that is engulfing all of us. Jesus gave His life for us, for me, for you….He gave His life….I think I should be able to give my time.

Peace:)
